Sharon A. Zacharias, Senior Vice President, Human Resources Director
Sharon has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the human resources field. She joined First Seacoast Bank in June of 2018 and is responsible for developing, administering, and supporting the human resources strategic plan for the organization; fulfilling the corporate mission of maintaining a rewarding work environment; developing, implementing, and supporting programs and processes that lead to employee empowerment, engagement, development, and retention. Prior to joining First Seacoast Bank, Sharon held several senior leadership positions in human resources at regional and national financial institutions. Sharon is currently a member of the First Seacoast Bank Compensation and Personnel Committee, the NH Bankers Association Human Resources Group, the Society of Human Resources Management, and several other human resources affiliate organizations. Sharon also dedicates her time to the Dover Children’s Home as a member of the Board of Directors and also serves as the Chair of their Personnel Committee.
